“Driven by a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and a strong connection to our community, my mission as Administrator at Franklin Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is to provide care in a caring environment, enhancing the well-being and comfort of our residents.”

Lynn Bullock

RN, LNHA

Administrator

Lynn Bullock serves as the Administrator at Franklin Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Her career in healthcare was inspired by her mother, a dedicated nurse, which led her to explore nursing after initially pursuing Business Administration in college. Beginning as an LPN and later earning her RN license, Lynn gained invaluable experience in the Emergency Room and progressed to the role of House Supervisor at two hospitals. As her career evolved, she assumed the position of Director of Nursing at a 120-bed facility. Lynn is actively involved in various community initiatives, and her commitment to the local community runs deep. In addition to her professional journey, she shares a connection with the skilled nursing facility sector through her sister, who is also a skilled nursing facility Administrator. Lynn brings both leadership and compassion to her role as Administrator at Franklin Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, where she has been serving since 2011.

“I am driven to make a positive impact for the lives of our residents and staff through dedicated leadership and support– I want them to know, they matter.”

Amanda Pegram

RN, BSN

Director of  Nursing

Amanda discovered her call for nursing at a young age. Her journey began with a CNA certification in high school, leading to an associate degree in nursing from Vance Granville Community College in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2016. Motivated to help the most vulnerable, Amanda started on the path to becoming a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Although her master’s journey was temporarily paused by the challenges of COVID-19, Amanda found her purpose as the Director of Nursing. In this role she leads a diverse team of caring clinicians, focusing on education, training, and development to ensure residents receive personalized care to meet their individualized needs.

“I am dedicated to bringing comfort, support, and a sense of belonging to nursing home residents and their families, making their journey as smooth and enriching as possible.”
