“I knew I wanted to be a CNA at an early age when I helped to take care of my grandmother growing up. Caring for our residents gives me a feeling of making a difference, because I get the hands-on experience of meeting their daily needs, making them smile, and making them feel important. Franklin Oaks has been my work home for years.”

“At Franklin Oaks, it’s a home-like atmosphere. The staff is like family, genuinely caring for the Residents. I’ll never forget the time when a Resident moved out after rehab to his own apartment; they all pitched in to help him find and move furniture since he had no family support.”
